Tour is a creative audiovisual production company which specialises in revealing those fascinating stories that are hidden behind brands, bringing them to life through cinematic brand films.
Our storytelling process
We are driven by curiosity and passionate about exploring new places, meeting people, and discovering stories. We live for them.
Each project we undertake is a journey that we embark on with our clients. In collaboration, we develop the idea, go through stages, and most importantly, enjoy the journey together. There’s nothing quite like reviewing the day’s shooting over a vermouth and some artisanal cheese in the only bar of a remote village.
We like to immerse ourselves in the skin of the protagonists of our stories to create intimate and memorable pieces that harmoniously combine narrative and aesthetics.
We strive to create pieces with personality that convey freshness through a carefully crafted documentary style, in which creativity and photography prevail.
We love working with natural light and are very, very, very meticulous about the ideal time for each shot. Sometimes, we find ourselves reconsidering this in the middle of a mountain at 6 am, without coffee, waiting for the sunrise for that final shot of the movie.
The way
we work
Our working process is simple. We listen to your company’s needs and develop a creative proposal based on storytelling. Then, we produce, edit, and deliver the final piece while having fun doing it.
We have a flexible in-house structure that collaborates with the best specialists in each area based on the project’s needs. Our 20 years of experience in the advertising industry allow us, in addition to taking care of the production, to get involved in the creation of the creative script and in the final finishing of the piece. Essentially, our company merges the work of a production company, a post-production house, and a sound studio all in one place.
This model allows us to maximise resources and create exciting films of high technical and aesthetic quality while still working within realistic budgets.
What We Look Like
Brian Walker
Director of Photography | Creative Director
Originally from Patagonia, Argentina, he graduated in advertising and worked for almost 15 years in the industry as a copywriter and creative director in Buenos Aires and Madrid before starting his career as a photographer and cinematographer in 2009. He has worked behind the camera in Europe and Asia for leading brands such as Nike, Mercedes Benz, BT, IKEA, and Santander. He currently resides in Madrid.
In addition to his sensitivity in capturing details, characters, and places, he has a passion for documenting social issues. This spirit has led him to collaborate on interesting projects around the world, such as the Burmese refugee campaign in Thailand or Corega’s branded content documentary to protect the Silbo Gomero in the Canary Islands.
He was twice a finalist in Descubrimientos PHotoESPAÑA with documentary photographic projects and decided to put his style and experience into founding Tour Films.
He doesn’t like posing for photos, he swears he saved a drowning monkey in Kathmandu, and he firmly believes that oil should be put on bread before tomato.
Santi Winer
Director | Producer
He was born in Buenos Aires. With a background in Design and a career as an art director at the Spanish advertising agencies TBWA, Contrapunto and SCPF, he moved to New York to study film at NYFA.
Since then he began his career as a director working for prominent production companies in Advertising, Branded Content and Documentary projects in America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has directed for brands such as Adidas, Samsung, Santander, Orange or Burger King. He currently resides in Madrid.
His sense of social responsibility and his enormous curiosity about cultures have led him to participate in campaigns for Burmese refugees in Thailand or the fight against malaria in Tanzania. Passionate about the visual arts, he is primarily interested in art direction, aesthetics, and documentary storytelling.
A frustrated singer, lover of roast lamb, he is adamant that he could have become a starting striker for his beloved River Plate. In 2021, together with Brian, he created Tour films.
